Shipping Policy

At PannaiHerbals, we are committed to delivering your authentic Siddha formulations safely and on time. Please review our shipping practices and policies below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In the event of a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will communicate any significant delays directly to you.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options within India:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. Free Shipping on orders ₹1,000 and above.
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days. Flat rate of ₹150.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions or logistical issues beyond our control.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working hard to expand our logistics to bring PannaiHerbals to the global community. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates on international shipping.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in our logistics partner's system.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

PannaiHerbals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, if your package is lost in transit for an unreasonable amount of time, please contact our support team and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
