Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at PannaiHerbals. We stand behind the quality and purity of our Siddha formulations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our herbal supplements and for health and safety reasons, we only accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• You have 7 calendar days to initiate a return from the date you received the item.
• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

* Note: Opened supplements, powders, and consumable items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Replacements (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

We take great care in packaging our products, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.

To request a replacement:

1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
2. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
3. Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement item immediately.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if covered by us initially) will be deducted from your refund.
